Eligibility For Return / Refund
  • If the return / refund request is raised within 3 days from date of delivery of the product. Return request raised outside this period will not be accepted.
  • If the item received is damaged or has a genuine manufacturing defect.
  • If the item is different from specifications mentioned on the product page/order page.
  • If the item is having missing parts or accessories as mentioned on the product page.
  • Please note that for any claim approvals, complete order unpackaging video is mandatory. Without it, no complaints will be approved.
Cancellation Policy
  • For cancelling the order, you must notify us on our customer care contact with a proper reason for the canceling your order within 4-5 hours of placing the order.
  • If you however delay or if order gets dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it.
