If the return / refund request is raised within 3 days from date of delivery of the product. Return request raised outside this period will not be accepted.
If the item received is damaged or has a genuine manufacturing defect.
If the item is different from specifications mentioned on the product page/order page.
If the item is having missing parts or accessories as mentioned on the product page.
Please note that for any claim approvals, complete order unpackaging video is mandatory. Without it, no complaints will be approved.
Cancellation Policy
For cancelling the order, you must notify us on our customer care contact with a proper reason for the canceling your order within 4-5 hours of placing the order.
If you however delay or if order gets dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it.
